1. What kind of printing do you use? Is it durable?
We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing – vibrant, long-lasting, and soft to the touch.
With proper care (cold wash, low heat dry), your shirt will last many musical lifetimes.
2. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
3. Can I return or exchange a shirt?
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to our error, we will replace or refund it 100% FREE within 30 days of delivery. No extra cost, no hassle.
What’s Covered (Store’s Responsibility):
- Defective, damaged, or torn garments.
- Misprinted, blurred, or incorrect designs/colors.
- Wrong size or item sent from your order.
How to Request a Free Return / Exchange:
1. Email us at hello@thetunejunkie.com with your Order Number.
2. Attach a clear photo/video showing the issue with the item.
3. Our team will review and process a free reprint or full refund within 24–48 hours—no need to ship the defective item back in most cases!
Note: Please double-check your sizing chart and shipping address before ordering, as custom print-on-demand items cannot be returned due to customer size error or wrong address entries.
